The Founder

Not a deal agency.

I built Butler North Capital around a simple observation. The markets that generate the strongest residential yields in the UK are almost entirely overlooked by London based investors. Hull. Teesside. The North East. South Wales.

I've spent years studying these markets. I'm now sourcing in them directly, building the relationships with agents, refurbishment teams and letting partners that do not appear on any portal.

I'm building Butler North Capital for a specific kind of investor. Professionals, business owners and specialists who have built serious capital through their careers and want it working harder, without becoming landlords to do it. The model is simple. I source the property, manage the refurbishment, place the tenant, and stay involved throughout. You stay completely hands off.

Every decision I make is the same decision I would make with my own capital. The deal has to stack. The market has to be defensible. The exit has to be clear. If it does not meet that standard, I do not bring it forward.

I source UK property for investor clients in four corridors. Not because they are fashionable, but because the numbers hold up. I chose these four specifically because each one combines a structural infrastructure catalyst, rental demand that outpaces supply, and entry prices that London capital has not yet corrected. Other UK markets tick one or two of these boxes. These four tick all three.

I've spent the last twelve months studying each of them closely before deciding to work in them directly.
